Sir Morris Brie
Sir Morris Brie is an armored Dairy knight who steps up to King Amethar in Comida and says it has been too many years CC E3·01:01:02 CC E3·01:01:19. His card calls him a knight of House Cheddar and master of state to Duchess Primsy Coldbottle CC E3·01:01:09. Amethar asks Primsy for a moment with him, and Primsy gives him leave to speak with the king CC E3·01:18:02 CC E3·01:18:11. He tells Amethar that the Dairy Islands have never recovered after the war and that "The reach of House Cheddar is much diminished." CC E3·01:21:02.
Sir Morris Brie is a Dairy Islander knight of House Cheddar who serves Primsy and is known to King Amethar CC E3·01:01:09 CC E3·01:01:19. After the attempt on Amethar's life he offers to stand guard on the quarters and says the duchess's safety is first priority CC E5·00:14:00 CC E5·00:14:26. In CC_07 he asks whether anyone has eyes on Manta Ray, and he answers Ruby's Message with "Who now speaks to me and how?" CC E7·01:08:10. A sailor brings Annabelle a letter from Sir Brie with a stain Brennan says is blood, and she orders the ship away at once CC E7·01:11:27 CC E7·01:11:47. Later she takes out a letter and says it is from Sir Morris Brie, saying that a spirit told him where Manta Ray Jack was and that he had rescued him CC E7·01:25:45 CC E7·01:25:50.
In CC_09 he runs down the harbor of Port Syrup to Captain Cheddar and tells the party the Pontifex is stewarding the Concord until Candia is brought back into the fold CC E9·00:56:55 CC E9·01:00:38. He then challenges Liam to a duel as a knight of House Cheddar, saying Liam has insulted his honor CC E9·01:02:02 CC E9·01:02:08. The party chooses to leave him in Port Syrup CC E9·01:13:31.
When the party returns to the sacked Port Syrup, Amethar finds Morris Brie's armor fused to a ruined church door and Brennan says his remains are inside, killed in a blast of fire CC E15·01:54:04 CC E15·01:54:37. Caramelinda later asks Amethar whether he did not hold what remained of Sir Morris Brie in his arms CC E16·00:10:59.
