Duchess Primsy Coldbottle
Duchess Primsy Coldbottle is a young duchess of the Dairy Islands with a giant milk-bottle head, and her card calls her regent of House Cheddar, Duchess of Lacramor and sovereign ruler of the Dairy Islands CC E3·01:01:23 CC E3·01:01:49. She tells King Amethar that she understands he fought in the Dairy Isles long before she was born CC E3·01:17:27. She says she tries to be as polite and proper as she can and that it is a privilege to represent her people CC E3·01:17:51. She asks Liam "Will you fight for me?" in the archery competition, and Brennan says she is 16 CC E3·02:03:26 CC E3·02:08:07.
Primsy is the young ruler of the Dairy Islands, who later refuses to recognize the excommunication of House Rocks's king CC E9·00:17:59. At the tournament she cheers on Liam as her champion CC E4·00:03:57. Annabelle Cheddar later asks the emperor to release Stilton Curdeau from his holy vows so that he can marry Primsy CC E5·01:01:36. In CC_07 she is newly wed, says she is glad the Pontifex allowed them to be together, and mistakes the party's Message for the fair folk CC E7·01:07:17 CC E7·01:21:39.
Stilton boards her sinking ship, and in the crow's nest he runs her through the stomach with a sword CC E8·00:21:13 CC E8·00:21:40. She makes failed death saves of 3 and 9 and is stabilized by Jet CC E8·00:23:14 CC E8·01:13:06 CC E8·01:25:29. She tells Jet she is sorry she did not believe the party CC E8·00:42:03. Bandaged, she comes on deck in CC_09 and declares that the Dairy Islands do not recognize the excommunication of King Amethar CC E9·00:17:22 CC E9·00:17:59. She describes her wedding day ending with her new husband stabbing her through the stomach, and says she had told Stilton that the Emperor was likely to choose Amethar CC E9·00:20:23 CC E9·00:37:23. She sails back to Lacramor with Annabelle CC E9·01:13:04.
At Queen Saccharina's coronation in CC_15 she swears to the new queen and calls her something of a cousin on the throne, and she reminds Liam of the favor he carried from the tourney CC E15·01:16:37 CC E15·01:18:02. She proposes writing to Lord Cruller to recognize House Cruller, so that he expects three Dairy Island ships bearing the duchess to Castle Candy CC E15·01:47:41 CC E15·01:48:03. In CC_16 Brennan says she is expected at the council, and the party decides to send her ahead so she is on the inside CC E16·00:12:46 CC E16·00:14:13. After the siege, amid the rubble, she says the Dairy Islands recognize Amethar's claim on the Book of Saint Citrina as true and addresses him as Imperial Majesty CC E17·02:09:11.
