Porter is a teacher at the Aguefort Adventuring Academy, a big rocky earth genasi barbarian with a war hammer E3·00:20:53 E3·00:21:28. Goldenhoard sends him and Jace to guard the room with the bodies, and Fig Faeth's Insight shows he does not look surprised E3·00:20:45 E3·00:21:28. He remarks that wards are like walls that can be broken if one is strong enough E3·00:33:24.
In barbarian class he praises Fig Faeth's rage and keeps getting Gorgug Thistlespring's name wrong E11·00:38:56 E11·00:39:05. Approaching the A.V. room after hours, Porter Cliffbreaker is sucked into one of the cameras, and Adaine Abernant texts that she does not think he is a bad guy E15·01:18:32 E15·01:18:39. In the epilogue Fig coughs his name as a suspect in the theft of the Nightmare King's crown, and Riz Gukgak says probably not E17·01:16:04 E17·01:16:06.
In season 3 Porter is the Barbarian Teacher on the frame cards, a tall goliath with a ponytail and a warhammer S3E3·01:05:57 S3E4·01:04:53. He shouts "Everybody get down! Away from any structures!" S3E4·01:05:16. Fig recalls his earlier advice about doubt and rage, and he is shown as an Oath of Ancestors paladin S3E8·01:00:57 S3E10·01:43:46. The players guess that Porter is the tall figure in the video and the champion of "the bad Ankarna" S3E17·01:55:11. Later Zac tells Fig "You're the champion" after Ally points out that she wrote Porter's name on her teacher evaluation S3E17·02:59:22.
In the Ragenarok battle the card says he has been a bad guy the whole time S3E19·00:35:07. He says he is glad to show what he really thinks about the power of Rage, and grows to about 15 feet with red light from his mouth S3E19·00:34:37 S3E19·00:34:55. Later he claims "I'm the new god of wrath" S3E19·01:43:21. He uses Legendary Resistance, calls everyone with a Rage token to his side, and none of the party has one S3E19·00:40:21 S3E19·01:54:11. In part two he says "I am the god of war!", drinks the devil's honey as a bonus action, and casts Disintegrate on Balthazar S3E20·00:23:03 S3E20·00:23:06 S3E20·01:29:52. After the speech by Ankarna, Brennan narrates that a sword wider than the gym cuts Porter in half by Divine Intervention, and Porter Cliffbreaker is no more S3E20·01:52:44. Fig later finds a little souvenir from the day, nuts that belonged to Porter S3E20·02:10:37.
