Kugrash

Kugrash is a rat man about two feet tall who says "I look like a fucked-up Master Splinter" UC E1·01:36:20. He carries a rusty metal staff like a pipe, wears rags made of MTA clothes, and says he takes care of the discarded people of New York UC E1·01:36:20. He understands animals and they understand him UC E1·01:43:30. He feeds homeless people, and Brennan says some of the long-term homeless can see him and know who he is UC E1·01:38:47 UC E1·01:38:00. He says he tore the glyph from the sleigh with his mouth UC E1·01:56:48.

Kugrash is the party's druid, played by Murph, who lives in the subway tunnels and later takes up the Rat King's crown, which lets him summon rat swarms UC E3·00:39:29 UC E6·00:14:46. He weeps for the rats tricked in the sewers, saying "They were tricked" UC E4·01:25:00.

He tells the party he was once a human stockbroker named Kugrich, and later says Gabriela Sinclair, his partner, was a witch who turned him into a rat UC E5·00:56:44 UC E5·00:56:54 UC E8·01:50:49. Gabriela herself confirms the curse, saying she did not kill him because "I could have killed you" UC E15·01:53:10. He tells the train driver Wally "I'm your da, I'm your dad" and moves in with him UC E9·00:04:20 UC E11·00:35:08. He reveals himself to his other son David, saying "I was cursed by a witch" UC E13·01:28:10. Moses recognises him as "Bruce Kugrich" UC E14·00:37:44.
