The bagel's toppings contain everything in creation in microcosm, and eating it would "disperse your essence throughout the universe" UC E9·00:26:01. It would destroy the eater's ego but bring his consciousness into alignment with the cosmos UC E9·00:26:15. Kugrash can use it for a Divination UC E9·00:55:32. It was found in the bodega where La Gran Gata's spirit had been UC E7·00:06:33.
