The Rat Grinders are an adventuring party that includes Kipperlilly and Mary Ann, a barbarian of the group S3E3·00:45:36, S3E4·00:36:13; Gorgug says they have a cleric, a rogue and a barbarian S3E4·01:35:05. Gorthalax guesses the name comes from all their adventures being in the Far Haven Woods and says he does not know where it comes from S3E4·00:37:26, and Fig jokes "They're literally grinding!" S3E4·00:38:11. They were formerly the High 5 Heroes S3E10·00:01:08.
The Rat Grinders are suspiciously quiet about Lucy S3E8·00:42:38, and Kristen suspects them of taking the honey S3E11·01:47:41. Riz looks into the Rat Grinders and the meaning behind the High 5 Heroes S3E14·00:45:59, and asks what they did before they were the Rat Grinders S3E14·00:51:58. Buddy Dawn is shown with the card "Rat Grinder Cleric" S3E15·00:03:07, and Brennan's outro for that episode teases "The Rat Grinders exposed" S3E15·02:31:03.
