Esther Sinclair is the Proctor of the Clinton Hill Chantry, whose card is shown on screen UC E1·01:03:22. Brennan calls her "a very cool young wizard in her 20s" with an undercut UC E1·01:02:36. She says "I run the Clinton Hill Chantry, which is a branch of the Gramercy Occult Society" UC E1·01:07:20. She texts Ricky UC E1·01:00:13.

Esther is a young wizard who runs the Clinton Hill Chantry and fights with a silver bat as her arcane focus UC E1·01:07:20 UC E12·00:44:05. She tells Ricky the key to the city is "a very powerful magical artifact" UC E7·00:23:04. At the meeting about Pete she sides with Kingston, and says she has seen him try to sell drugs to children UC E7·01:41:58.

She says she has not seen her mother in a long time UC E5·01:10:40. Her family is cursed, and she tells the party her mother left for the Waking World and started a hedge fund with a partner who sold her out; her own curse is sorrow, so she avoids having anything to lose UC E13·01:38:13 UC E13·01:39:57 UC E13·01:41:15.
