In the first episode Santa Claus is never seen alive; his sleigh is found wrecked UC E1·01:46:31.

Santa Claus is found lying beside a mutant and woken with Healing Word: "Merry Christmas!" UC E2·00:27:14 UC E2·00:37:24. He says the Staten Island mall Santa was "an alcoholic vagrant" UC E2·00:45:52. He doubts Pete's name: "Jeffrey, Jeffrey, Jeffrey. I don't think that's true" UC E2·01:11:28. He tells Pete "your soul is in jeopardy" UC E2·01:17:22. His list is stolen, and later Santa is mugged in Central Park UC E5·01:28:12 UC E7·00:10:31.

In the last battle he says "Ho, ho, ho, ho! Merry New Year's!", and he throws Sondheim two broadswords UC E16·01:07:33 UC E16·01:31:02. He gives Pete flight UC E17·00:04:33. When the Dream's beams hit him he cries "Someone must remember Christmas!" UC E17·00:12:48. He disappears under the beams UC E17·00:13:32. Kugrash later says "It's too bad Santa's dead!"
