Downtown Elmville is the seedy part of town where the party leaves the Black Pit as sirens approach E6·00:59:02. At rush hour Bill Seacaster rides through it on a motorcycle behind Fabian Seacaster, hacking at mailboxes with his saber and shouting that downtown Elmville is never safe E7·00:18:33 E7·00:19:02.
