Castle Manylicks

Castle Manylicks is the castle of Duke Jawbreaker, where Liam, at about 14 or 15, is in a flashback CC E7·00:14:55. Brennan shows Duke Jawbreaker there as a huge bald man with a two-handed mace who greets Liam on his Saints Day CC E7·00:14:55 CC E7·00:15:30. Liam's mother Spearia Mentha walks up, and her card names her keeper of Castle Manylicks CC E7·00:16:49 CC E7·00:17:35.

Castle Manylicks is the castle of Duke Jawbreaker and the boyhood home of Liam, shown in a flashback in CC_07 CC E7·00:14:55 CC E7·00:17:35. In CC_09 Manta Ray says that no one in the history of Calorum has ever taken Castle Many Licks, though the Duke could hold out only a few more months CC E9·00:59:42. In CC_11 Saccharina's troop map has Jawbreaker's flag at Manylicks, and Gooey moves it deeper into the Great Stone Candy Mountains CC E11·01:48:05 CC E11·01:57:47. Gooey explains that Jawbreaker has left Castle Manylicks after the Ceresians besieging it burned villages to draw him out, and that he is now pinned down and surrounded in the mountains CC E11·02:12:45 CC E11·02:12:56.

In CC_13 Brennan answers that Liam's other brothers are back at Manylicks CC E13·00:52:46. In CC_15 the party travels from the Ice Cream Temple to Castle Manylicks, three days through freezing wilderness CC E15·01:02:56. Brennan says Jawbreaker, with the help of Saccharina's marauders and the Order of the Spinning Star, has retaken his castle and that it is safe, and the flags of House Rocks fly there CC E15·01:02:56. He describes curling mountain trumpets, big horn rams on the walls, stone mounds of the Sweetening Path, a shuttered Bulbian church, and rooms with gumdrop bear fur rugs CC E15·01:02:56 CC E15·01:07:08.
