Ice Cream Temple

Saccharina says that a presence in Candia has taken many of Lazuli's relics and findings and entombed them in a frozen temple, the Ice Cream Temple, and that she and her people were on their way to excavate it CC E11·02:02:00. Gooey says the Ice Cream Temple is at least a place under the Sugar-Plum Fairy's dominion and that any arcane activity there would alert her CC E11·02:04:43.

In CC_11 Saccharina describes the Ice Cream Temple as a frozen temple holding relics that Lazuli's rival has entombed, and Gooey says it is at least a place under the Sugar-Plum Fairy's dominion CC E11·02:02:00 CC E11·02:04:43. In CC_13 the party climbs to its gates, huge ancient Sucrosi pillars in strawberry pink, chocolate brown and vanilla white that form an arch in front of a locked door marked with an ancient spoon symbol CC E13·01:30:09. Liam asks whether the symbol is for Saccharina's spoon, and she says yes CC E13·01:31:02. At the heart of the mountain Brennan describes a tower of ice cream scoops, frozen over for a thousand thousand years, rising out of mist CC E13·01:49:41.

Brennan's recap in CC_15 says the party found the Sugar-Plum Fairy and that at the temple they learned her offer to reunite them with those they had lost was an offer to journey into mist CC E15·00:02:38. Afterwards, ice crystals in the temple flicker with stories and memories that are disappearing as Lapin takes them where they need to go CC E15·00:45:10.

Gooey proposes that there be no door to the temple when the Bulbians arrive, and Cumulous suggests destroying the entrance to slow them down CC E15·01:00:23 CC E15·01:01:40. With a single slam of the Winterscoop the door collapses, and three wagons carry away arms and books, enough to outfit perhaps a hundred soldiers CC E15·01:02:05. The party then travels three days from the temple to Castle Manylicks CC E15·01:02:56.
