Epona Cirillo
Epona Cirillo is a Central Park cop, and her card labels her a horse cop UC E2·01:18:07. To Pete and Sofia Bicicleta she first looks like a horse cop, and then the shadowy stuff peels off and she is a full centaur in a cop uniform and helmet, with a stern, strong-looking face UC E2·01:17:30. She knows Kingston as "Nurse Brown" and asks "Who's this kid?" about Pete UC E2·01:18:13 UC E2·01:18:24. She swabs the party with a forensics kit and takes the glyph to enter into evidence UC E2·01:19:34 UC E2·01:19:39.
Epona Cirillo is a centaur police officer who first meets the party in Central Park, where she takes the glyph and, later, a piece of Santa's dashboard with fae runes and infernal underneath into evidence UC E2·01:19:39 UC E3·00:01:44. She salutes Santa as he returns, and gives Sofia a ticket for an open container, saying "I might be a centaur, but sometimes rules are rules" UC E2·01:27:28 UC E2·01:19:43. She contacts Kingston to say she is working with the DA's office and wants testimony from the witnesses to the assault on Santa UC E7·00:49:41. At City Hall she says "this city is not built for me", and takes his testimony UC E7·00:51:28 UC E7·00:53:56. Outside, she asks about the firefighter, the young woman and the young kid, and says that if he tells her where to find the kid she can talk to him herself UC E7·01:25:08 UC E7·01:26:12.
At the Lorimer stop her police badge has been replaced by a shimmering, crooked onyx badge, and a spell Misty casts is sucked into it UC E7·01:59:39 UC E7·02:00:12. She tells Kingston "I am here on police business" UC E7·02:00:27. She wants Nod, saying "if you just give me the kid" and later calling "Get Nod, get the child, the orphan" UC E8·00:10:33 UC E8·00:37:50. The badge glows and steam forms into shadowy spectral officers of the law UC E8·00:10:40 UC E8·00:10:50. Alejandro Ortiz seems shocked that she is doing this UC E8·00:02:30. She taunts Ricky with "New York's bravest versus New York's finest" UC E8·00:17:54.
Kugrash's rats swarm over her, and the rats eat the badge UC E8·00:44:16 UC E8·00:44:33. Brennan says she is dead UC E8·00:44:41. The spectral cops say the badge is broken and they are released, and more of them appear, no longer under her control UC E8·00:53:41 UC E8·00:54:02. The next episode's recap says the ghosts of New York's crooked cops were commanded by her onyx badge UC E9·00:01:02.
