Centaur

A Central Park cop first looks like a horse cop to Pete and Sofia Bicicleta, and then the shadowy stuff peels off and she is a full centaur UC E2·01:17:30. She wears the cop uniform and helmet and has a stern, strong-looking face UC E2·01:17:30. Kingston Brown greets her as Epona, and she answers "Nurse Brown, good to see you" UC E2·01:18:13 UC E2·01:18:16. She says "I might be a centaur, but sometimes rules are rules" as she writes the party a ticket UC E2·01:27:23 UC E2·01:27:28.

The centaur of the story is Epona Cirillo, a police officer UC E2·01:18:07 UC E3·00:01:44. Brennan says Sofia now sees the centaur walking away, whom three days earlier she would have taken for a horse cop UC E3·00:02:32. In the subway fight the shadow she casts on the wall shows her long horse legs jigsawed and zigzagging UC E8·00:17:32. Kugrash tells his rats to "kill the fucking centaur", and two swarms close in on her UC E8·00:19:20 UC E8·00:19:38. She kicks Sofia with her hooves for 25 damage UC E8·00:34:16. Kugrash's rats swarm over her, and Brennan says she is dead UC E8·00:44:16 UC E8·00:44:41.
