Durinson Mithral Factory

The Durinson Mithral Factory is an abandoned factory up in the mountains east of the river, which Fig Faeth proposes as the site of a ritual and Adaine Abernant agrees fits E7·01:09:20 E7·01:09:29. Brennan describes it as closed for a couple of years after laying off a lot of dwarves, with tall red-brick towers and huge vats meant to refine mithril E7·01:19:51. Dwarves have turned it into a skate park with two enormous half-pipes E7·01:25:06.

The party fights the dwarf skaters and their golem there, and the dwarves call it "the halls of our fathers" E8·00:06:46. Beneath the factory Fig Faeth finds old mithral mining works, a giant red gem in the wall and a drum kit E8·01:08:01. Gorthalax the Insatiable, trapped in a ruby, is released when someone plays the drums E8·01:27:28, and he later says Johnny Spells started coming to the factory two or three years earlier E9·00:21:13. Gorthalax later tells the party they already had bloodrush tryouts at the factory and they all made the team E11·01:01:14.
