Tiny Heist, episode 1: Big Little Crimes
In the last days of August on Thimble Lane, six-year-old Dylan Little left crumbs outside his backyard tent, certain that little people lived in the house and yard. That night the moocher Bean, a monk of the heapers whose compost-heap home had been destroyed, came for the crumbs; Dylan saw him, fed him and asked him to look for a missing car-mo-bot. Under the storm drain the old toy Car-Go Jones told the dump-truck Charger that they had to stand against the crime boss Felix Flick, stabbed Felix's car-mo-bot Speed in the headlight, and Felix ordered his muscle, the Hercules beetle Boomer Coleoptera, to throw Car-Go over the edge, but Boomer only faked it and let him land on a chunk of wood. The costume-changing Rick Diggins and the fairy Agnes, fresh from a card game in which Rick won a bag of fairy dust, freed Car-Go, and Car-Go's plan to steal Felix's roll of quarters started with a dossier carried by Felix's brother Marty. In Trash City Car-Go hired Boomer, Rick "fired" and then rehired Bean and the TIk-Tek TI-83, and Agnes traded her giant gold tooth to the mobster Garbanzo Buglass for the loan of his performers. Next morning Car-Go outlined a three-step plan, warning "Felix cannot see me or we're done" 02:00:40, and the team went to Shoeby's Casino, where Felix's men, Garbanzo's thugs and the casino's fairy security converged as initiative began. 00:00:07–02:10:15
Tiny Heist, episode 2: Chicanery at Shoeby's Casino
At Shoeby's Casino Agnes lifted Marty Flick's dossier, which turned out to be written in a cipher with three plain-English prompts on its front. Car-Go memorized the whole dossier, and Rick, posing as an undercover police officer, pressed Marty for the answers, including "Raindrop" and "Snow Pea and Raindrop", while Agnes slipped the dossier back into Marty's jacket. Around them Boomer persuaded Felix to leave, TI jammed a slot machine, and Bean blasted two bugs with the Kuatro Krazy can, after which a crowned turtle he had met at the craps table introduced himself as the Incredible Dantes. Garbanzo's goons and the casino fairies closed in, TI was knocked unconscious by a fairy's dust and Bean carried her out, and while a goon kneed Agnes in the neck, Speed turned into a car and took Marty away. Rick, in his Supreme Man costume and on his last fairy dust, punched through the goon and carried Agnes out, and Boomer flew Felix back to #4 Thimble Lane, where Felix said, "Car-Go Jones is alive, not for long" 02:02:46. 00:01:14–02:02:53
Tiny Heist, episode 3: Scheming and Scoring Fairy Dust
Agnes woke in a first-aid-kit hospital behind the dumpster, a straw jammed into her collapsed trachea, while Rick sat in the waiting room with his hair off and his powers gone. In Number 4 Boomer flattered the steward Pip into co-writing a musical tribute to Felix, and the figurine Minetta warned him that Car-Go must stay away from the house. At The Lunch Pail the team fully decoded the dossier: a weekly-changing itinerary of vehicles going to the vault, the vault's location in the central air vents above Max's room, and a root passcode for Felix's server, with four days left. Agnes and TI began converting a plastic school bus from her hidden garage, Rick and Car-Go got eight baggies of fairy dust from the dealer Speck, Boomer got himself put on extra vault shifts and brought back its layout, and Bean, scouting at night, planted a bang snap by the vent in Max's room and learned from Master Buttons that Snow Pea and Raindrop had been heapers who lost their grandsons, perhaps named Tip and Tap. On the night of the heist, after Dantes had won Agnes an audience with Felix, Rick drove the bus up to the loading dock, and a vehicle with identical plates was coming up the highway behind them. 00:01:12–02:01:36
Tiny Heist, episode 4: Breaking and Entering
At Felix Flick's vault in the attic of #4 Thimble Lane, Rick brought the bus to the loading dock, Boomer worked the security booth, and Agnes, Dantes and Car-Go arrived by rickshaw with Car-Go pretending to be incapacitated. Beforehand Car-Go had had TI put a bomb with a remote control in his chest, to be set off if the quarters could not be got out, and Rick had separately asked TI to put explosives in Car-Go too. Boomer found the bomb during the pat-down and said nothing, and Felix, with Tony Manchego and Minetta, accepted Car-Go as a gift, while Car-Go spotted a peanut on Felix's desk. Rick stabbed a gate guard with a pin and killed him; Agnes kept Felix talking, took the vault key from his neck and passed it to Boomer in the corridor, and TI, smuggled in a crate into the server room, logged on and started a ten-minute shutdown timer. Bean, handed the key in his own crate, smashed out and with Boomer knocked the guard Bubs unconscious, TI and Rick got the padlock code from Felix's office, and when Bean faced the lasers Boomer threw him with his horn, leaving him balancing on a pedestal while holding a heavy button as the episode broke off. 00:01:21–02:05:56
Tiny Heist, episode 5: Fighting with Fire
The fight picked up with Bean wobbling on the pedestal, as Car-Go stood up, called Felix "Tap" and was told, "My name's Tip" 00:05:50. Felix leapt at him and stopped at the bomb in his chest, Car-Go threatened to blow up the vault, Rick ran in to "arrest" Car-Go, and Felix snatched the detonator. Bean kicked the button back, opened the vault locks, switched off the lasers and rolled out the roll of quarters, while Agnes snipped the gate's floss, Rick pulled the bomb out of Car-Go's chest, and Tony spotted Bean on the way out. A radio ruse about a bomb on the move got Boomer out with the quarters, Bean grabbed the peanut and crashed through the window onto the car, Minetta's ballista bolt destroyed the detonator in Felix's hand, and TI burned the crowd with a flamethrower before a bomb exploded. The crew drove away from the ruined vault with the quarters and the peanut, Dantes had vanished, and a fan whirred on near the vent in Max's room. 00:01:05–01:54:50
Tiny Heist, episode 6: The Great Chase
The fan dragged the truck back, so the party slipped into a side vent to Dylan's room and waited out the wind while Minetta embraced Car-Go. Car-Go told Bean and TI that the lost grandsons of Snow Pea and Raindrop were Marty and Felix and that Felix could not live, and Bean remarked that it had "turned into a murder pact, which we maybe didn't all sign on for" 00:20:11. Felix sent a convoy of animated vehicles after them across Max's bed; in the chase Car-Go shoved Speed off the road, Agnes put a car's stewards to sleep, Bean killed Tony Manchego and Rick impaled the French chipmunk with the ballista. Felix leapt onto Car-Go and cut Bean, but Bean buckled him into Car-Go's cabin and Car-Go transformed with Felix inside and killed him. Marty offered the quarters, Dantes emerged from Felix's throne having recorded it all, and the grasshopper coppers arrested Marty. After a Labor Day barbecue and a new heap in Max's room, Dylan found Car-Go with three candy bars, transformed him out of the station wagon and asked whether he was a real toy. 00:01:16–02:06:17
