Charger is an old, grizzled dump-truck car-mo-bot with a big underbite, whom Car-Go meets in the storm drain TH E1·00:17:55 TH E1·00:19:33. He asks what is chappin' Car-Go's bumper so much that he did not want to meet in the house TH E1·00:19:39. He says there is not much sense in getting his headlights into Felix Flick's business, and warns him about a missing roll of quarters TH E1·00:20:03 TH E1·00:20:50. When Felix arrives, he tells Marty to see that Mr. Charger collects his payment, and Charger lowers his head TH E1·00:27:00 TH E1·00:27:05.

Charger is an old dump-truck car-mo-bot who knows Car-Go from the family and tells him to keep his eyes down about Felix Flick and the roll of quarters TH E1·00:17:55 TH E1·00:20:03 TH E1·00:20:50. Car-Go answers that there is a risk to both children and that they have to stand against Felix TH E1·00:20:37. Felix then tells Marty to see that Mr. Charger collects his payment, and Charger lowers his head TH E1·00:27:00 TH E1·00:27:05. He is not seen again; in TH_04 Jess says at the table of Felix, "He agreed not to bring Charger in and burn his face, or anything." TH E4·00:45:49.
