Delloso de la Rue

Delloso de la Rue, called Rue and played by Oscar Montoya, is they/them and an emissary of joy, whom Aabria describes as a member of the Court of Wonder but somehow separate from it, a little beyond it CFF E1·00:41:54. Rue has been on site for weeks, is responsible for hundreds of cakes, and is dressed for the Sea Foam Court's theme in a light blue bodysuit and a taffeta mermaid dress with sea-foam hair CFF E1·00:41:54 CFF E1·00:44:25. Aabria says everyone knows Rue, and Rue's assistant Wuvvy brings them news of the Lords of the Wing being late CFF E1·00:54:20 CFF E1·00:43:23. Rue tells the Lords of the Wing they would like to make a wager this Bloom, on which anyone at the Bloom may bet gold that the cousins will behave CFF E1·01:42:14 CFF E1·01:42:26.

Rue is the Master of Ceremonies of the Bloom, an emissary of joy attached to the Court of Wonder, and by the end of the season leaves both that court and that post CFF E1·00:41:54 CFF E6·00:03:23 CFF E10·00:59:15. In the first episode they propose the wager with the Lords of the Wing, under which the cousins' reward is not disclosed and, if they fail, the winner is "The entire fairy court" CFF E1·01:44:36 CFF E1·01:42:14. At the tea Rue appears in their true form, a seven-foot owlbear in a pink taffeta Regency gown CFF E4·01:01:17.
