Through The Hedge Maze
What happens
- 00:00:11 Aabria's greeting names the six archfey. Recap of the previous chapter: Andhera and Hob found common ground on the sparring grounds, Gwyndolin made a brunch friend in the human Wannessa, the Lords of the Wing "took their stellar reputations for hospitality and maturity out for a spin"; at the seaside high tea "Rue revealed their true form, a tall, statuesque equally fashionable owlbear", and Hob "got the first kernel of truth from Gwyndolin Thistle-hop" — 00:01:12–00:02:13.
- 00:01:41 Reputation reset: once a track goes all the way up you reset and drop into neutral with new tags; Aabria has both Lords of the Wing start with Inspiration — 00:01:41–00:02:04.
- 00:02:35 Beside the hedge maze, the Wave Master (head of the Court of Seafoam) announces the prize at the center of the maze: the Crystal Heart — 00:03:23.
- 00:03:47 History checks on the Crystal Heart; Aabria explains its meaning and places a crystal heart on a chain on the table — 00:03:47–00:05:36.
- 00:05:39 The cousins decide against openly chasing it ("that would be audacious, off-putting even") and plan to plant rumors in the hedge; they spot Prince Apollo and Suntar lighting up — 00:05:49–00:07:19.

- 00:42:23 Brennan says Hob has gotten some "closure" about Rue (00:42:44); Hob enters the maze to find the goblins, checks himself (Insight 6 vs Deception 5), smells peonies, and follows the goblins instead; he finds Viscountess Grabalba surrounded by goblins, organizes the vials with a goblin sack-and-corporals relay (Intimidation natural 20, total 33), and carries her on his shoulder; the relay ends with "There are several dead goblins in your bag" (Aabria) — 00:42:28–00:52:41.
- 00:54:30 The breeze asks Rue what they pursue; Rue asks the plant to lead them to the Crystal Heart and tells BINX she owes no one a reveal — 00:54:47–00:57:23.
- 00:57:53 Chirp, wagered into love (recap clip of Rue's terms), drinks Plant Affinity, talks to the hedge, Slows Suntar through a window, is told two people are looking for her (Lady Sylmenar and Caw), takes a twig from the hedge and rides out — 00:58:05–01:05:30.
- 01:05:36 Squak and Apollo blast their way through; a Shambling Mound answers each strike on the hedge; Squak's Shatter (23 damage) blows the hedge away and reaches the next layer down — 01:05:40–01:10:15.
- 01:10:15 Andhera's Find Steed finishes: the Nightmare Mucky; he gives it the Potion of Speed (Haste), races, burns his trumpet to catch Suntar, finds her slowed and Persuades her onto Mucky (16), and then at the sight of the Crystal Heart sends her off in the opposite direction ("Dear sister, get fucked!") — 01:24:47; the sequence runs 01:10:24–01:25:25.
