Perry, the spicy pigeon, says the party should talk to his sponsor, Marty UC2 E11·00:35:32. Kingston says Marty is one of Kugrash's old friends, and Perry says "He's been doing great, he started a monastery" UC2 E11·00:35:46 UC2 E11·00:35:52. Perry says "Fred and Marty started it" a couple of years ago UC2 E11·00:36:20. He says the Monastery of the Sacred Rat protects the insect folk of New York UC2 E11·00:36:20. At the monastery a junior monk says that only the best can contact Kugrash and that Marty can do it UC2 E11·02:19:49. Marty says that when he meditates very deeply he can feel Kugrash's whiskers UC2 E11·02:19:53.
In UC2_11 Ricky tells a monk that the party is looking for the juicy cockroach and believes he is it, and the monks protest that he is attacking the headmaster of the monastery UC2 E11·02:18:20 UC2 E11·02:18:52. Brennan says Marty descends gleaming with light, and Marty calls the party "the third of three spirits" UC2 E11·02:18:57 UC2 E11·02:19:02. Marty is Perry's sponsor and the head of the Monastery of the Sacred Rat in the Bronx, and Brennan's recap calls him "the Juicy Cockroach, AKA Marty" UC2 E12·00:00:22 UC2 E11·00:35:32 UC2 E11·00:35:59. In the battle against the ants he shields a wounded monk and takes the full 12 acid damage UC2 E12·00:00:22 UC2 E12·00:58:46. When asked to find the dragon's hoard, Marty answers "We're gonna find this fuckin' dragon's hoard" UC2 E15·00:54:12. In UC2_17 Ricky summons the three spirits, and Marty says they will put the magic back in the dragon where they got it UC2 E17·02:07:40 UC2 E17·02:13:21. In UC2_18 a 17 on Marty's roll leads to the dragon of Harlem being born, with a cockroach holding a toothpick staff among those around the baby UC2 E18·00:57:34 UC2 E18·00:58:23. Marty then asks Sofia whether she wants to be First Fist of their hot dog cart UC2 E18·01:37:01. He adds "we don't know shit about karate" UC2 E18·01:37:56.
