She says it went missing very recently and that it is a religious relic that should be respected UC E11·01:22:22 UC E11·01:22:34. Like most of their religious books, it is a bunch of schematics and diagrams for building religious relics UC E11·01:22:41. Hib-Hob says it holds some of their most important relics, very many timepieces such as watches, clocks and pendulums UC E11·01:22:49.

The party then asks what in the book Moses would need to create the stone UC E13·01:06:10.

After the Stock Exchange fight Pete finds the book on the dais, a goofy little clockwork book with gears on the cover, with a golden ribbon marking the page on time stones UC E14·02:30:22 UC E14·02:30:35. The passage says a time stone is used to power spells of enormous magnitude UC E14·02:30:54. Notes written in it say Robert has found a way of turning his phylactery into a time stone UC E14·02:31:05. It also says time stones gain their power at specific times and from being observed and counted, and Sofia concludes the ball drop is going to be the time stone UC E14·02:31:33 UC E14·02:31:58 UC E14·02:32:13.
