Bazathrax
Cody reads a Latin page aloud and a devil is pulled out of the fire, a four-and-a-half-foot tall devil with the head of a marmot UC2 E1·02:19:16 UC2 E1·02:20:46. Brennan describes curling ram's horns, a four-legged capybara body with a long rat tail and a pair of vestigial wings UC2 E1·02:20:46. The devil says "I'm Lucifer, I'm the real devil" UC2 E1·02:22:44. He later explains that Lucifer is a very powerful name and tells Cody to use his "code name", Bazathrax UC2 E1·02:27:01.
Bazathrax is the devil Cody summons and bargains with UC2 E1·02:22:44 UC2 E1·02:27:01. He says the infernal realms cannot reach New York because of a hex UC2 E1·02:25:48. Pete's Arcana 27 gives Brennan's account: Bazathrax is "a lesser, lesser, lesser devil lord" UC2 E2·00:56:42, a lord of the second of nine pits of hell, and "the sub lord of reckless decisions" UC2 E2·00:56:42. Pete tells Cody he is "not the devil", and Bazathrax answers "I wish" UC2 E2·01:05:21 UC2 E2·01:05:30. Pete turns him into a chest tattoo that says "redemption" UC2 E2·01:23:25, and from there he talks to Cody: "I'm trapped in your chest" UC2 E4·00:33:40.
He admits he invited other devils to the city and that "it's the Jersey devil" UC2 E4·02:42:39 is on his way with his buddies UC2 E4·02:42:19. When the Jersey Devil arrives he greets him, and after Cody takes the Jersey Devil's power he says "I'm swimming in power" UC2 E6·02:23:24 UC2 E5·00:49:16. He roars when Cody's Dispel Magic works, urges Cody to draw more cards, and proposes a fourth sword UC2 E9·01:46:01 UC2 E11·01:14:19 UC2 E12·01:47:52.
A 120-foot demon from the Gates of Hell says "Bazathrax is a fucking dick" UC2 E16·01:51:14 UC2 E16·01:50:20, and Lucifer pulls him out of the tattoo with "I'm demoting you. You work for Cody now." UC2 E16·02:09:29. In the epilogue Bazathrax tells Cody "Gladiator is shit", offers to bring in "real fucked up losers" for the weekend, and says he has learned his lesson UC2 E18·01:45:48 UC2 E18·01:45:27.
