Lucifer

A 120-foot tall demon wreathed in fire walks out of the Gates of Hell in an extremely metal t-shirt UC2 E16·01:50:20. He asks Cody "Are you Cody fucking Walsh, man?" and says Bazathrax is a fucking dick UC2 E16·01:50:54 UC2 E16·01:51:14. He picks Cody up in his massive hand and says Cody's soul belongs to Hell, but that it looks like his time might not be over yet UC2 E16·01:51:23 UC2 E16·01:51:26. He introduces himself as Lucifer, and a frame card names him Lucifer, Prince of Darkness UC2 E16·01:51:44 UC2 E16·01:51:55. Looking at the pearly gates, he shakes his fist at the sky and shouts "Fuck you, Dad, fuck you!" UC2 E16·01:52:19.

Lucifer is first named well before he appears: in UC2_01 the devil Cody summons says he is Lucifer, the real devil, and then says Lucifer is a very powerful name, so they will go by his code name, Bazathrax UC2 E1·02:22:44 UC2 E1·02:27:01. In UC2_02 Cody tells the others that Lucifer is corporate and so his real boss UC2 E2·01:18:58. Lucifer himself first appears in UC2_16, as the 120-foot demon who comes out of the Gates of Hell and introduces himself UC2 E16·01:50:20 UC2 E16·01:51:44.

In Hell he walks with Cody, asks where he got the cigarette butt and the duster, and tells him he has passed the test UC2 E16·02:04:51 UC2 E16·02:05:08 UC2 E16·02:05:32. He gives Cody an anvil, a flaming hot forge of Hell and as much time in the bubble as he needs, and tells him he may forge a new blade UC2 E16·02:05:52 UC2 E16·02:06:12 UC2 E16·02:06:45. He rips Bazathrax out of Cody's tattoo, asks to see the contract, and writes a new contract with Cody on a Jeff Hardy poster UC2 E16·02:06:55 UC2 E16·02:07:05 UC2 E16·02:07:44. He says the first test was a fake test and Cody just passed the real test, then demotes Bazathrax and flicks him back into Cody's chest: you work for Cody now UC2 E16·02:08:31 UC2 E16·02:09:29.

In UC2_17 he is only a voice shouting from Hell that he is a Shinoda guy too UC2 E17·00:13:50 UC2 E17·00:13:51. In UC2_18, after the fight, he meets Cody again, removes the Jersey Devil from Cody's soul, calls him a douchebag and flings him back UC2 E18·01:44:26 UC2 E18·01:44:40 UC2 E18·01:44:43.
