Archbishop Oliver Onionpatch

Archbishop Oliver Onionpatch is a reedy archbishop with a little onion head who stands behind the Pontifex at the Cornucopian Hall CC E3·01:12:06 CC E3·01:12:15. His card reads Primogen of the Bulbian Church and Chaplain of Greenhold CC E3·01:12:19. He introduces himself to Lapin in a nasal voice as "Archbishop Oliver Onionpatch" CC E3·01:12:11. He says he should get leave from the Prince Cabbage CC E3·01:12:19.

Oliver Onionpatch is an archbishop who serves the Pontifex CC E5·01:12:36. In CC_05 he comes to the Candian quarters on behalf of the Pontifex, and at the cathedral he answers her question by saying that, given the daughters are bastards, the crown passes to Duke Joren Jawbreaker, who is in open rebellion CC E5·01:12:36 CC E5·02:13:37. In CC_06 he holds the book of Saint Citrina during the fight in the cathedral, and he wraps his arms around the Pontifex and carries her 20 feet away after a grapple ends CC E6·00:35:19 CC E6·01:04:10 CC E6·01:04:45.

In CC_12 Liam sees him writing in his book in a house, with notes showing monsters and schematics of constructs and war engines, and Brennan recalls him from the attempted massacre at the Cathedral of Saint Arugula CC E12·00:16:54. He calls "Bulb, protect me!" and the top floor of the house bursts into flame CC E12·01:34:47. He says everything the party needs to know is in the tent, and Liam shoots him; the bishop is then described as murdered CC E12·01:47:39 CC E12·01:47:41 CC E12·01:48:11. In CC_13 the party reads a book of his letters with alchemical notes from Primogen Alfredi, and the notes do not explain how to make water steel CC E13·00:02:05 CC E13·00:48:11.
