Advisor is Andhera's chaperone and advisor, slender and hunched CFF E1·00:08:50. He tells Andhera "I am here specifically to keep an eye on you" CFF E1·00:10:18. At the Bloom lawn he hides behind a marble bust CFF E1·01:12:42.

Advisor is Andhera's attendant, who delivers Andhera's letters and keeps close watch on him CFF E1·00:10:18 CFF E2·00:08:06 CFF E2·02:21:07. In the second episode he hugs Andhera in the dark and tells him "Keep going." CFF E2·02:20:20 CFF E2·02:21:29. In the third episode he tells Andhera to go home and says he hates it at the Bloom because it is sunny, then smirks for the first time in years and bows deeply when Andhera tells him of the sea-cave library CFF E3·00:47:17 CFF E3·00:47:22 CFF E3·01:44:32 CFF E3·01:45:01. He tells Andhera "Do what you think is best" and that this is possibly the last Bloom CFF E3·01:47:19 CFF E3·01:47:25. In the sixth episode he reads Chirp's reply to Andhera as a book review and goes to fetch a book CFF E6·00:51:06 CFF E6·00:52:32 CFF E6·00:52:46. In the ninth episode he brings the invitation to the theater CFF E9·00:44:07 CFF E9·00:45:02.

In the finale Advisor tells Andhera "You were already the heir. You have simply secured your place from one that would usurp you." CFF E10·00:55:15 He tenders his resignation and gratefully accepts his new position as librarian of the Unseelie Court, and refuses to tell Andhera his name CFF E10·00:55:27 CFF E10·00:56:36 CFF E10·00:57:13. He tells Andhera "You will be a great ruler one day", says he will be back in a month, and disappears CFF E10·00:57:24 CFF E10·00:57:50 CFF E10·00:57:53.
