Em is a metal statue-angel at Bethesda Fountain who says "Charmed, I'm the Angel of the Waters. You can call me Em" in a heavy New York accent UC E3·00:48:34. She says "I have to guard these waters or all hell breaks loose" UC E3·00:49:17. She gives water that heals UC E3·00:52:15.
Em is the Angel of the Waters, who says she has guarded the fountain since it was put there, was modeled after a washerwoman, and was installed in 1864 UC E5·00:04:41 UC E5·00:05:36 UC E5·00:06:45. With the fountain broken she flies off to find a way back to the waters UC E5·00:11:23 UC E5·00:11:45.
She appears on the edge of the box at the play and heals Misty UC E12·00:07:20 UC E12·00:44:45. Free of the broken fountain, she invites Sofia to coffee and to "host" UC E13·00:02:12 UC E13·00:02:40. Kugrash calls her in the last battle, and she heals Pete and catches Sofia UC E16·00:49:29 UC E16·01:10:45 UC E16·01:53:12. Afterwards she says "Pain is a part of healing" and "I better get back to my fountain" UC E17·01:27:48 UC E17·01:28:16.
