In the seventh episode Margaret reads the same job post, and Sidney guesses that someone was ransomed and the client is trying to shake down the people who ransomed them SOE7·01:14:24SOE7·01:14:31. Brennan shows the area as extremely mountainous, with gun points covering a few very limited pathways in and no landing points for ships SOE7·01:26:01. The crew heads up into the ridge at night and arrives at what looks like an ancient desert monastery with a religious observatory dome, and beer cans and garbage lying around SOE7·01:41:35.
