Owls and cats

At Cravencroft Cemetery an enormous owl swoops down and grabs the illusory rat the party conjured E7·00:47:08. Adaine then counts about seven or eight owls watching the cemetery and about 10 or 12 cats in the grass E7·00:47:52. Her Detect Evil picks up "a faint aura of menace" from one cat, after which the cats disappear and the owls take off E7·00:48:52.

Later that night owls pass over the moon as the party heads on E7·01:18:46. Later a group of owls watches the party and flies off, and Brennan says the party seems to have led them to what they are looking for E7·01:28:41. Kristen comes to believe the owls and cats are hunting Zayn Darkshadow's escaped rat and are "something more sinister" meant to stop the party from finding clues E8·00:19:51. Brennan later wraps up the thread by saying that the cats and owls are gone E11·01:11:42.
