Dwarf skaters
The dwarf skaters are stocky, bearded dwarves in baggy clothes who skate the ruined Durinson Mithril Factory on stone and steel boards carved with dwarven runes E7·01:25:06. They hold hammers and axes, and their leader, Torek Railgrinder, vows to drive out the party as invaders E7·01:28:20. They chant "Crush" as a pavement golem rises E7·01:29:12.
The skaters fight the party at the factory under Torek's lead, riding the golem's half pipe E8·00:01:24. One insists his father would not hate what he does: "we like skatin'!" E8·00:06:59. When Fig, disguised as Johnny Spells, provokes them, Torek shouts "Kill him! Don't let him get below ground!" E8·00:49:04. They flee when Gorthalax wakes E8·01:23:52. Afterwards Torek heals the downed dwarf, and their backpacks show they are middle schoolers from Oakshield E9·00:02:13.
