Basrar

Basrar is the djinn behind the counter of Basrar's Soda Fountain, an icy, windy djinn with a smoky tornado below the waist, a handlebar mustache and icy blue skin E5·00:01:15. He says he makes all the ice cream in the world with wishes, so his business has no overhead E5·00:06:43. Fig Faeth's Insight check reveals a deep sadness about him, though he insists he is good E5·00:06:29 E5·00:06:39. He tells the party he can grant any wish they want, as long as it is ice cream E5·00:19:43.

Basrar is the sad djinn who runs Basrar's Soda Fountain and can only grant wishes for ice cream E5·00:01:15 E9·00:55:52. At the end of their first visit he whisks behind the bar, and the party hears deep sobs from the kitchen before they head out E5·00:20:53. On later visits the party has an ice-cream wish from him, and he admits he can only do ice cream E9·00:05:43 E13·00:57:53. In the epilogue Adaine Abernant helps free Basrar from his ice-cream curse and writes a spell called Basrar's Spontaneous Confection E17·01:15:32.

Basrar is the sad djinn who runs Basrar's Soda Fountain and, in season 1, can only grant wishes for ice cream until Adaine Abernant frees him from the curse E5·00:19:43 E17·01:15:32. In season 2 he is an ice cream chef no longer cursed to only grant ice cream S2E1·01:52:08. He says the work is fun now that it is not the only thing he can do, and he owes Adaine his newfound life S2E1·01:52:08 S2E1·01:52:36. He mentions he is part of a bocce ball league and gives the party a pouch that makes as many ice cream sandwiches as they like S2E1·01:53:09 S2E1·01:54:27.

In season 3 his card reads Soda Jerk, Lovely Guy, and he owns Basrar's Soda Fountain S3E7·00:38:52. He is Adaine's employer, her boss S3E9·01:38:31 S3E13·01:34:08.
