Staff of Sorrow

The Staff of Sorrow is first named as something planned, not yet made. Esther is being indecisive about whether she wants a staff, a wand or a ring UC2 E14·00:39:59. Gabriela says Esther was going to become the Fury of Sorrow while the curse existed, and that they are furies no more, "having the Staff of Sorrow or the Scepter of Sorrow" UC2 E14·00:40:46. Esther says her mom and grandma want to make her an official staff or scepter that will have actual magic powers UC2 E14·00:41:04.

The Staff of Sorrow is Esther's new magical staff. In UC2_14 it is only a plan: her mother and grandmother want to make her an official staff or scepter with real magic powers, and Patricia says it should be a staff, a scepter or a wand, not a ring UC2 E14·00:41:04 UC2 E14·00:40:20.

In UC2_17 Esther has the staff in her hand during the fight, and afterwards Brennan says the party rescued Esther and that she has the staff of sorrow UC2 E17·00:18:49 UC2 E17·01:06:51. She tells Tony "You wouldn't like me when I'm sad." UC2 E17·00:18:54. In UC2_18 she holds it aloft as she casts Chain Lightning on four enemies, none of whom make the save UC2 E18·00:34:49.
