Rat king

Wally insists that rat kings are real, that they live in the sewers, and that the rats are all tied together by their tails UC E1·01:35:49. An MTA worker tells him he is always talking about rats and rat kings UC E1·01:35:45.

The Rat King is a king of the sewer rats, whom Wally had described as a mass of rats tied together by their tails UC E1·01:35:49 UC E4·00:01:22. In the sewers Kugrash hears rats announcing that the king has returned and says this is not the real Rat King UC E3·01:46:47 UC E3·01:47:00. The Rat King, speaking in many overlaid rat voices, declares that he has been gifted his bride and that she will be his queen, and Kugrash answers that he cannot marry a statue UC E3·01:48:23 UC E3·01:48:43. His character card is subtitled "It depends on who you ask" UC E3·01:48:20.

In the cistern he holds court among hundreds of rats and flushed alligators, calls Kugrash a pretender to the throne, and says his rats have one tail uniting all rat folk UC E4·00:01:22 UC E4·00:02:12 UC E4·00:12:40 UC E4·00:02:26. The party wrests the angel statue, his "bride-to-be", from him, and he is defeated, leaving the party holding his crown UC E4·01:01:36 UC E4·01:01:44 UC E4·01:25:27 UC E4·01:28:15.
