Queens Center Mall

Brennan describes the Queens Center Mall as one of the only true malls in New York, shuttered and slated for demolition UC2 E1·01:31:46. Signs around it advertise Gladiator's new shipping and fulfillment campus UC2 E1·01:31:46. Demolition is being set up, with construction workers in hard hats around the site UC2 E1·01:31:46. Cody says he worked at the Hot Topic there UC2 E1·01:38:35.

The Queens Center Mall is the shuttered mall where Cody worked, and Cody tells the story of its dying UC2 E1·01:38:35 UC2 E2·01:15:48. It remains scheduled for demolition UC2 E6·02:23:42. A history check shows it took over residential land and the amusement park Fairyland UC2 E13·01:21:57. In UC2_14 the party finds a Fairyland sign piece, a floor of Sparties and an enormous prototype machine on a truck there UC2 E14·00:53:23 UC2 E14·00:54:20.

In the epilogue Gladiator does not go ahead with demolishing the mall, and Brennan says it is moving away from being a mall towards something else UC2 E18·01:42:24. Fairyland takes up less space than the mall, so housing comes back and Fairyland is rechristened UC2 E18·01:46:06.
