He asked for a lawyer, and when offered a public defender said he wanted Kugrash UC E7·00:55:46. Brennan says Buddy is what he asked to be called UC E7·00:56:33.

Buddy is a sewer excrement elemental and a collector, held in a lineup and asking for Kugrash as his lawyer UC E7·00:55:38 UC E7·00:55:46. Lowell tells the party he sold the Sardinian Eagle to an elemental named Buddy UC E13·01:16:26 UC E13·01:16:49. Willy's text says Buddy will be at the card game UC E13·01:17:07.

At the game Buddy sits next to Kugrash and says "I'm needing a lawyer, I don't know about you" UC E13·01:45:52 UC E13·01:46:01. He coughs shit-covered coins onto the table as he loses chips UC E13·01:48:25. In the final hand he is all in against Kingston and coughs up the eagle to match UC E13·01:50:55 UC E13·01:52:23. Buddy shows pocket aces with an ace on the board against Kingston's suited ten-king, but the last card is the jack of hearts, and Kingston wins and gets his bronze eagle UC E13·01:52:43 UC E13·01:53:03 UC E13·01:53:36.
