The Fiddlers

The Fiddlers appear in the first episode only by name and as a question. Cole says he is the last survivor of his kingdom, and Rosamund asks him "Even the fiddlers?" NA E1·01:58:54. When Cole asks whether she had heard of his kingdom's fiddlers, she answers "The fiddlers three." NA E1·01:58:56 NA E1·01:58:59

The Fiddlers are the musicians of King Cole's kingdom of Jubilee; Cole says no one in the realms of the Neverafter could have found three musicians more skilled NA E2·00:10:36. At the campfire a page of Timothy's book gives off light and fiddle music, and Cole weeps at a spiral of golden motes NA E2·00:17:00. When Cole speaks the rhyme about his fiddlers three, the light takes the shape of three people whose faces show, and they say "Your Majesty." NA E2·00:21:54 NA E2·00:22:15 Cole embraces them weeping, the rhyme is completed on the page, and Brennan says King Cole is gone NA E2·00:22:21.
