Silvery birch log
In the first episode Boffit tells Mother Goose that if he wanted to protect the caravan, he cannot help but notice he is a man of letters NA E1·01:07:50. He asks for stories around the campfire, saying the caravan has a small supply of enchanted logs that should ward off boggins, boggarts and little goblins as long as someone is telling a story NA E1·01:07:57. Brennan describes Boffit's silvery-barked birch log, which sparkles with a little enchantment, as a small fireplace is set up NA E1·01:34:05.
In the second episode Brennan's recap says Boffit looks to Mother Goose and puts the silvery birch log on the more normal firewood, and a twirl of sparks rises NA E2·00:03:10.
