Dr. Lugash Primjitzki, shown on a card as "Mob Doc", is a big, broad-shouldered man with dragon tattoos wrapped around his arms and thick black glasses UC E1·00:05:50. Pete's supplier Seven recommended him, and he treats people who need medical help for cash and off the books UC E1·00:05:50. He says "Mostly what I do here is I pull bullets out of gangsters that have been shot" UC E1·00:12:54. He says doing Pete's top surgery was his first time and a chance to prove he is an LGBT ally UC E1·00:13:14 UC E1·00:13:27. He warns Pete about SantaCon and leaves for a house call UC E1·00:13:44 UC E1·00:14:16.
Dr. Lugash is the not-on-the-books doctor of Pete, who did his top surgery and tells him to rest because SantaCon is coming UC E1·00:05:50 UC E1·00:13:14 UC E1·00:13:44. In the finale, in a dream vision, Pete sees the process of his transition and the people who have the courage to help him, and Lugash moves towards the door, smiling UC E16·00:05:30 UC E16·00:05:52. In the vision Lugash says in a Russian accent, "Peter, I am magical" UC E16·00:06:08.
