City Hall is the city government building where Epona takes testimony for the DA's office UC E7·00:49:41. Brennan describes a massive building with a golden statue on top and huge stone steps UC E7·00:50:21. Inside are metal detectors, and a tiny goblin clerk asks visitors whether they carry firearms, flammable liquids, spectral entities, souls, memories or dreams UC E7·00:52:07 UC E7·00:52:41.
