Hans Dulla is the Vice Dean of Bram University, a Dullahan holding their head in their arm, shown on a card as a headless horseman SWE1·00:28:39 SWE1·00:29:32. In a speech to the students he says "This is your last Shriek Week" SWE1·00:29:28. A flyer is signed HANS BELLA, M. ED. SWE1·00:30:55.

Hans Dulla is the Vice Dean, a headless horseman who warns that it is the last Shriek Week SWE1·00:29:28. In the second episode his headless body sits at the office desk, holding something "like it was the head", and a vine stiffens it as it gestures SWE2·00:10:19 SWE2·00:27:40. It is later pulled through a puff of smoke by a large hand SWE2·00:39:12. In the third episode Cleets speaks of his "plant head", and the dean's head is not in the basement SWE3·00:36:56 SWE3·02:08:22.

In the finale the head sits on the desk while the body types at a computer SWE4·00:41:22. He says his head fell out the window and nobody went to find it, and that he knows Ted SWE4·00:41:42 SWE4·00:42:15. He calls the shadow a creature akin to the boogeyman but worse SWE4·00:42:29 and warns "Do not sell to the living shadow" SWE4·00:44:56. He tells the students "this is your Shriek Week" and that the open mic is no holds barred SWE4·00:46:09 SWE4·00:46:50.
