Hunch knows it lies near the limbic system and the amygdala MEN E1·00:16:51. It sits in the red light district, full of pleasures and urges MEN E1·00:17:47.

Sugah's is Dan Fucks's speakeasy in the pleasure center of the brain, in the red light district MEN E1·00:38:23 MEN E1·00:17:47. In MEN_02 Dan spends Trouble Maker on a criminal network MEN E2·00:39:15, by waving to the hand spit guy MEN E2·00:39:33, a regular of his club who sits on a fire hydrant spitting into his hand MEN E2·00:39:39. In MEN_03 Dan spends a Moxie and the group runs back by Sugah's to call up people MEN E3·01:03:33. In MEN_05 Thalamus says Norrell Ojiccle stopped by Sugah's every once in a while MEN E5·00:27:17. Don Avaricci says to Dan "I understand you run Sugah's establishment." and offers to put it in lights MEN E5·02:05:05.

In MEN_06 Dan phones Sugah's from the station, and Libby answers MEN E6·00:28:15. In the epilogue Freddie has Dan deck the place out with neon and animated lights MEN E6·01:43:00. Dan takes Conrad through a busy kitchen "like the scene in Goodfellas" to the back alley MEN E6·01:43:59. He tells Conrad "This is your alley now!" MEN E6·01:44:07.
