Kell's Stoop, also spelled Kaelstoop, is the pirate city that is the home of the St. Vincent brothers BK E4·00:27:40. Markus proposes that, with Tavian dead, he is the rightful heir to it and could grant the others sanctuary there BK E5·00:46:06. He tells Ol' Pickering to use the hearing stone to touch base back at Kell's Stoop BK E5·01:30:32.
