Elven government

Adaine names the institution responsible for holding her and Aelwyn as "the high elves of Fallinel" S2E10·00:07:45. Arthur asks which institution did it just before S2E10·00:07:43.

The elven government is the high elves of Fallinel, who hold Adaine and Aelwyn S2E10·00:07:45. Riz finds notes showing that Arianwen had made a deal with it about the crown, and that it reneged after learning she planned to betray it S2E11·02:10:16. Later the narration shows that the high elves' interpretation of Galicaea has become her S2E19·00:41:08.
